Nature Of The Site

Tower Rush Game: Sky Stack is a free skill-based browser arcade. It does not involve real money, virtual currency, prizes, wagers, or any form of gambling. The single in-game score is a count of how many floors you have aligned successfully. There is no exchange of value associated with this site.

Who May Use It

The site is appropriate for any age. There are no accounts to create and no purchases of any kind, so no eligibility checks are required. Use the game in a reasonable amount; like any screen-based activity, occasional breaks are good for your eyes and posture.

Acceptable Use

• You may play the game as much as you like for personal entertainment.
• You may share a link to the game with anyone.
• You may not attempt to alter, redistribute, or rebrand the site as your own product.
• You may not embed the game in a context that misrepresents it as something it is not (for example, framing it as a gambling product).

Intellectual Property

The five SVG heritage symbols, the canvas illustration, the stylesheet and the page layouts were created for this project. The heritage motifs themselves — havelis, minarets, domes, cusped arches and 8-point geometric stars — belong to a shared cultural tradition and are not claimed as exclusive property of any individual.

Third-Party Resources

The site uses Google's font CDN to serve Lilita One, Montserrat and the Material Icons font. Those resources are governed by their own respective licences. If the CDN is unavailable, the page falls back to system fonts and remains fully functional.

No Warranty

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, fitness for any particular purpose, or completeness of the game's behaviour across every browser version. Use of the site is at your own risk in the ordinary sense — though there is very little risk to take with a tap-only stacking puzzle.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. This is a small free arcade, not a commercial service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the project evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is located. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of that jurisdiction's courts.
